Lol. That's what I told me T today about my anger with my Pdoc. At least with anger I'm expressing the pain; whereas with depression I'm holding the pain in. Of course then she had to remind me that anger is a secondary emotion which is probably covering up the depression. Still...expression is better than wallowing
