Lmt2292, it takes at least 2 weeks if not a month for this AD to kick in. Since you are not feeling any beneficial effects from it, I would call your prescriber as you might need a dosage increase or another med to enhance it. The maximum dose is 160 mg so your doc is starting you on a low dose. I hope this helps.
