Hey there,

Some times I go months with very physical anxiety - heart racing, sweating, butterflies, etc, etc... Other months or weeks it is more worry type stuff. I've been dealing with it my whole life (I'm 34) and it still shifts and changes in its presentation. I still some times find it hard to identify triggers and remedies for it shifting in and out of the very physical space :/

Some times meds help... Some times therapy does... Some times exercise and such does... Some times it's just time, it seems. I hope it settles for you soon!
