Just get it dyed professionally, or use a semi-permanent (24 washes? they don't strip your hair).

I have had one or two (am 29) and I think plucking is silly because if you pull it out, then you get a sharp little short hair - you know? As it grows back.

I have almost black hair too and I guess sometimes, it would be nice to be blonde
