Did my 30 minute resistance workout, today. Pretty much like last time, just focused on situps, pushups, pullups, and chinups, mostly with the weighted vest. (not 10KG anymore, I took it down to maybe 5KG, because I felt I was doing too few reps before)

I need to make a serious plan, I can't keep gaining weight. Some of it may be medicine. I'm also going to get my thyroid checked to see if that may be off balance and contributing to it.

This is going to sound funny but I hate wearing jeans. I mean I like wearing them but the ones I have don't fit me well and I only have like two raggedy pairs that fit me. I don't want to invest in nice new ones until I get to a certain weight and maintain it. I hate getting dressed everyday to go out and walk, I like wearing my pajama pants all day Lol.

Would yoga pants be comfortable to walk in? At least more so than jeans rubbing against my skin? I may get a few pairs of them and use them for that. Ooh, what about wind breaker pants, I bet they would feel good.

This is all essentially about how lazy I am, I don't want to be seen walking down the street with cars going by in my "The Grinch" fleece pajama pants" lmao
xD I love jeans and feel almost nekkid without 'em. I've been doing my walking in jeans. Some parts of your body will rub against each other whatever you're wearing. xD I think there's creams and stuff for that.

I can say it was comfy to jog in jogging bottoms, and would find them nice to walk in, but I prefer jeans because I find they're warmer... more protection. xD

I decided that Friday I'm going to try walk/jogging again - - de-emphasis on the jogging so that I don't get into a fibromyalgia flare. I think I'm just going to jog a couple times for a minute, instead of the 6x the c25k plan calls for. I have to work up to this really slowly I guess.

Self care today = T appointment
Honestly, I've pretty much replaced jogging with walking, because jogging was just too much for my wimpy shins. ¬_¬ I dunno what it is, but my shins just don't like force. Long-distance walking is amazing, so I would consider just doing that instead of jogging.

Ah, just spotted this. Nice one. Do what I do and check Google! xD Unless you're going around in circles and stuff, in which case, ... maybe one of those things that tells you how many miles you've walked would help... watch-like things.
