Sometimes wonder how I manage to do the stuff I do, but it's like if I stop, I will get worse and I know that... don't make yourself look great for us dudes, but do it for YOU, to keep your grounded and happy. I dunno about you, but I feel amazing after a shower, so I have extra incentive to workout because I know there's a shower after it. So, maybe... I guess what I'm on about, is to do stuff for you, not for others.

But yeah, I've most definitely been there, trust me on that much... minus the makeup.

Oh, and having a good routine helps me; it's just a pain to get into.
