I use an app on my phone and plan everyday out. I try to keep it doable and not set myself up to fail, but spread things out equally so I'm not overwhelmed. Some days I do well and exceed my list and some days I fall short but I try to just be glad with whatever I accomplish, even if it's just get up and take a shower.
