I recently went completely numb in my arms and face before a panic attack. This is the first time this has ever happened to me, and I'm terrified it's something other than panic. This happened before I started panicking, not after, I was convinced I was having a heart attack or stroke, it was so intense. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be as worried as I am? I've also suddenly begun experiencing heart palpitations, which are also new.
