While I saw her in person, she took notes. I assume she still does during our phone sessions, but I don't know I haven't asked her. She must, or else has a stupendous memory. She pretty much always remembers everything I say and sometimes even refers back to things I have forgotten that I told her. I take notes most of the time. Only on rare occasions I write nothing more than when my next appointment is.
