Sleep apnea can lead to poor sleep. So can using too much stimulants, like an amphetimine. I'd imagine light sources at night, especially in the bedroom, could also contribute.
I would suggest getting off of any stimulants and trying dark therapy alongside some time release melatonin for two to four weeks. If that doesn't help consider getting a sleep study done. Strangely enough, years ago I was on Abilify and it caused a lot of weight gain, which led to developing sleep apnea that went untreated for years until I had a sleep study done.
