I would think he was there to ask for directions or to see if one of my neighbors was home. He dresses just normal though he wears shoes with velcro closures and this bothers me for some reason. I guess its cuz I wonder if he knows how to tie his shoes or not. I have asked him about this and he told me its because its faster just to slip his feet into these shoes. He told me i was the only one who ever asked him about his shoes.
