I can only describe what happens to me, call it what you will. I feel something strange, something is wrong a few hours before it hits. I start to feel disorientated, shakey, hot and cold, extremely dizzy and lightheaded, followed by what I can only describe as something similar to an out of body experience, where you feel like you are totally disconnected with the world around you. Like a ghost, seeing and hearing everything but not able to be a part of it, like you are floating in a bubble not able to touch anything. It scares the hell out of me and I am still working with my Pdoc to get it under control. Two maybe three hours notice, almost like withdrawal symptoms, only intensified.
