The current one that people are talking about is Seeking Safety, but I have not used it enough to say anything responsible at this point.
My "bible" when I was doing trauma work was Judith Herman's Trauma and Recovery. It is not a workbook, but she does lay out a set of steps for recovery that matched my process. And she just was the leading expert in the field. A few more have joined, but she still stands out.
