Sometimes the only way I can get through it is just laying in bed dozing off and on all day. That was me the past two days. Restless and agitated with a few moments of reprieve. Keep saying to myself this will pass, it always does. Low and behold I'm feeling fine this morning. I always think it I just get out and distracted that's all I need. Then I do it and come home exhausted and cranky and straight to bed to unwind. Today's a good day. I'm going to go enjoy it while I can. I honestly hope your reprieve is on the horizon.
