Over the past months I have been having bad dreams a fair amount of them even nightmares. When I asked other people whether they get nightmares often they didn't, some didn't even have a dream some nights. I hate waking up in the early hours of the morning because of these bad dreams. Maybe it's stress from being lonely? or that I haven't been eating much healthy food?



What can I do to stop this?
