Do you find that the change in light really helps you? I'm thinking of buying the book but was just wondering if it really works. I watched a couple of videos on the subject but they didn't really give any idea on how to add blue light to your day.
Mine is not soft bipolar but thought that if the light helps in any way it would be worth checking out. Is it hard to get more blue light into you day?
