Yuck....I can imagine how uncomfy it must be.

I never had one on my finger, but I had something similar on the top of my foot from when I took a nasty fall. 2 years after the fall, there was a piece of bone coming up and protruding into my skin. Ended up having to have it removed as it hurt!
