Sleep is the bane of my existence. I know I should keep good sleep habits and go to bed at a normal time, but when I do that, I miss staying up all night. I love writing, and it seems like the words flow best at night, so I give in, and bam, the cycle starts again. You'd think I'd learn, but the compulsion to stay up is just so strong. Any advice on how to combat this would be very appreciated!
