I live in the UK and I have had CBT and relaxation therapy on the NHS. I think Echos Myron is right. In my town there is a charity that provides therapy on a means tested basis, you just pay what you can afford. (Nothing if you can't afford it). I also give money to a charity in another local town that provides therapy for people who can't afford it. So think there will be things out there. Also you could contact the charity MIND who could possibly help or put you in touch with somewhere that does something similar. Check out the MIND website.
