Not sure if it has happened to you before but it happens when you start a new med sometimes. Sometimes it helps to keep that in perspective. Mindfulness is going to be your best friend for a while.

Another possibility is this is just how your mood is cycling this time. Again mindfulness will very useful until it passes.

I was just there and I have to say that is the most guilt inducing mood to be in. When you get unnecessarily angry at the kids or hubs. Or when it's justified but you take it to a whole new level. Utilize time outs for yourself, that works best for me anyways. I explain to everyone I'm in a bad mood today and it's not your fault but if I need a time out I need it to be respected especially now. Gentle hugs and I hope this passes for you very soon.
