Hi,
I've dealt with problems with irritability throughout my whole life. I'm currently looking for another therapist to go to because my dad wants me to find one on our insurance plan. I feel so immature when I get irritable because I get irritable at the silliest things. I have always been really sensitive to sounds and some sounds (like eating) get me irritable. What can I do in order to not let my irritability get out of hand/effect me? What works for you guys that have dealt with something similar? Thanks in advance!
