To everyone out there who is going through good times and bad, can you feel the love I am sending your way???

Do you all know how special you are to me? Do you all know how much I have learned from everyone? Do you all know how much you have helped me to feel better every single day?

Do you all know how my heart goes out to everyone and I pray you can feel it and touch it? Do you all know that I hope you can each pass it forward to someone else in your life that needs some TLC?

Do you all know that my heart has no beginning and no end? That it's constantly growing and replacing the pieces I give out to each of you so I can continue to give?

Be gentle with yourselves my friends and with each other. Touch each other gently and in return you will receive far more than you will ever be able to give.
