Thanks sabby. Legs are still sore for some reason but I'm going to go ahead and doing the jog/walking again this morning. I'll do 3 bursts of jogging one minute each again. It is requiring a lot of patience to have to progress so slowly with the jogging, but the memory of those bad flares when I did more has me staying in line!
