What do you think about celebrities and plastic surgery?

I'm not opposed to surgery. I even understand that they have to do plastic surgeries like facelift, eyelid lift, etc because the older celebrities want to look younger. And of course, plastic surgery is totally good if it's for medical reasons. But what if it's almost like an addiction? Some celebrities go way too overboard. Some having implants that are just way too outrageous. I even read of a celebrity who had 10 procedures done in a single day and almost died because of too much Demerol.
