how to differentiate between heart attack and anxiety/panic attack? I was irritated with my father of late and was snapping at him every now and then.Anger outbursts were followed by shaky feeling inside. If I lay down I feel pulse throbbing in my limbs and chest and abdomen and heaviness and discomfort in chest. I am scared that I got heart attack. Or is it panic attack?
