Hallucinations and psychosis seem to be in the realms of bipolar 1 w/ psychosis or schizophrenia. I'm not sure if there are any others. So, take your pick. And if you have psychosis, I'm quite sure that automatically qualifies you as bipolar 1 and not bipolar 2, even if you maybe don't have full-blown mania.
According to the DSM if there are psychotic features involved the mood episode is by definition manic and not hyopmanic.
