I don't know if this helps but before I went to the hospital the first time, I was always paranoid like that to the point where I thought there was a demon possessed me.

But if you're afraid. I recommend getting your house blessed. It should help.

I no longer believe in ghosts...as long as no one brings it up or watch paranormal TV shows. Haha!
