So I'm not so irritable, but I'm not sleeping well...again. I'm taking so many sedating meds. Trazadone 250 mgs, depakote 500 mgs, triliptel 900 mgs, hydroxyzine 100 mgs, zyprexa 5 mgs, lorazepam 2 mgs.

That's all I can think of. I struggle with sleep so badly. I fall asleep fine. But then constantly wake up. I am having a sleep study done bc they think I have sleep apnea. That may be what it is. But I was sleeping really well there for awhile...Idk.

I'm gonna call my pdoc today...
