I was wondering if there are 2 bedrooms and you are saying 4 are living there, is the other girl your girlfriend? This sounds s little confusing. It also sounds a bit too cramped. I would talk to your friend and find out how committed he is to her as she doesn't sound that committed to him if she is flirting with you. You might save him from a very bad relationship down the road but it could also end your and his friendship if he finds out. This is a tough one.
