Read that several years ago & my hubby's undergrad thesis was about mindfulness meditation for chronic pain. We got to hear him speak in Berkeley & at my husband's graduation-pretty good stuff. I originally did that class for help with anxiety & PTSD in 2006 & still do the guided body scan as often as I can-hope you find it helpful.
