I have private health insurance which fully covers my IP stays in a Private psych hospital. I pay around $150 a month for the insurance. It has been a godsend as the costs of my treatment over the last five years has been around $200 000!! I chose this over the public system, which is free, as I get much better treatment in the private system...and the food is better
