I don't think that minor procedures are a bad thing. Actually, turkey necks are pretty bad on my mom's side of the family, so if I go in that direction, I know I will get a neck lift, but that's IT! I may avoid it as I take more after my dad's side of the family though.

Some celebs COMPLETELY change their look and it costs them their career. Jennifer Grey? Remember her from Dirty Dancing and Ferris Bueller? She had a nose job, became completely unrecognizable, and the only jobs she could get were on lifetime movies because she didn't even look like herself!

Barbara Streisand is no idiot! She has been asked about getting a nose job, but said she won't as it will change her look and yes, in this business, if you lose what makes you "you", then you can kiss your career goodbye!

And Rene Zelleweiger? She looks nothing like herself anymore. I'd be surprised if she gets a leading role in any other major movie (other than the final Bridget Jones installment).
