What can I do in order to not let my irritability get out of hand/effect me? What works for you guys that have dealt with something similar? Thanks in advance!

I don't know if this will help you, but antidepressents really helped me not be so irritable. I used to go off at the slighest things when I was younger, and I finally discovered it was associated with PMS. Antidepressents really help with this! Does your irritability increase the week or two before your period? Keep a log for a few months to see.
Hope this helps you!
