Hello sg123: You know, anxiety will out... & extreme anxiety will out in even & ever more extreme ways. But then you know this because you're experiencing it. There are no magic answers. My recommendation is: don't waste time searching for some secret cure. You need to get back to seeing a therapist. You may also benefit from medication, at least over the short term. Physical exercise is helpful for lessening both depression & anxiety. You might also find that developing a mindfulness meditation practice would help. It may also be wise to have a general physical check-up just to make certain there isn't something medical going on with you. It's just a matter of trying different things until you find a combination that works for you. My best wishes to you.
