From what you've written here, it sounds as though you have allot going on... much more than I could address here. By the way, I am, myself, transgender, so I know something of what you're writing about. From what you wrote, I would have to say that, to me, you don't sound transgender. However this is certainly a complicated subject, & I really think that talking this through with a therapist is the best way to approach the concerns you have. Continuing to post here on PC will be helpful as well.
