I'm wide awake, only slept about 2 hours. I took 10 mgs of zyprexa. Instead of 5. I just took more hydroxyzine, hoping I can get back to sleep.

I just get very scared when I can't sleep. I've went into a really bad psychosis before from not sleeping. And quite a few mixed episodes.

Still haven't heard back from pdoc...
