One of our IT guys said sites like that exist so that people who want to give anonymous tips to the police, or whistleblowers wanting to give the press a lead, or whatever, can do so. They aren't meant to be used to harass people.

Believe me -- most days I want to crawl into a hole. I have no idea what keeps me putting one foot in front of the other.
