Well I have to say that I liked the antibuse answer...lol... but yes ..guess that might have not gone over well.

If you feel that you take your med responsibly and you realise the importance of the med then I think that you are doing what you need to do. Do you feel that the med is doing what it needs to for you?

My thought is that you need to have a little chat with people in your life that are important to you such as your parents or your SO or siblings (depending on each of these people's maturity and trust value.) I think that you can tell them that you are taking your meds in a responsible manner and do not find it humerous when you hear these comments and consider them unnecessary and disrespectful (if I am on target.)
You deserve to be respected for your responsible treatment of your condition.

If you have a person or two in your life that you trust to tell you if you need to be looking at your meds or your behavior, then you can trust them... You know this in your heart. You can arrange whatever with them....IF YOU WISH TO.... Otherwise.... yes those other comments are inappropriate.
