I totally get what you mean. I'm not social either and have no real interest in "making friends". I avoid parties if I don't know anyone too.

I'm sorry you had a bad time at the party. Sometimes you're just not compatible with people. Is she going to be really pissed if you don't get your nails done with her? I mean if she's requiring it (some brides are so controlling!) you can go on your own...

I hope you find a way to survive the next few weeks until the wedding! Just think, after that you won't have to deal with her on a close basis anymore!
