I'm sorry that she wants you to find someone else, but it sounds like you are not following the suggestions she has given you, like seeing a t. Seeing a t could really help your anxiety issues. She may be frustrated that she can't help you that it is causing her stress. After all, that's what they are supposed to do is help us. It sounds like she has your best interest in mind, but you might want to discuss it with her again and see what it would take for her to keep you as a patient. It never hurts to ask.
