for me they can be quite dramatic. Like feeling great one minute and then be depressed the next. Overall, I can go months being depressed or it can be a day or a part of a day. I've felt pretty good the last 5 months and then the depression started to seep in a day at a time. Pretty chaotic. That's just me.
