The longer I struggle with restricting the more I'm realizing how my body is responding. I've lost a lot of weight this past year but it's definitely needed. However, It seems to be that whenever I restrict for a long period of time and then am forced to have a meal, I feel dizzy after finishing the meal. I assume this is probably blood sugar related but I don't know. Aside from not restricting, is there anything I can do to help ease this a bit? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
