Labeling usually is a discussion of "symptoms". It can be an understanding of what the brain is doing... and possible ways to help if need be. The bad thing is when you see yourself in a negative way because of it.... or others using those labels in hurtful ways.
Also many of us want to indentify, learn and support others going through some of the same circumstances. Cancer, Sports, Spiritual and so on....
