What Is Attuned Eating, Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating?
I love the idea of it. I just finished the book, and I am starting to be more attuned to my hunger. I have a hard time trusting the process, but I know it makes sense. I used to eat this way, but in the past few years I've been eating emotionally and it makes sense that this is the only real problem in the way I eat.
