I know this is tough, I still go through it every now and then. My tdoc told me that my brain won't let me remember anything I can't handle.

Yesterday I sat down to work on a semi-autobiography that I've been writing for about 5 years. I've never been able to write certain parts, but it just came pouring out. It was awful while I was writing, but I couldn't stop. It felt empowering when I finished.

I hope you have a good therapist/person you can talk to to help you through this.
