Oh I hate the intense anger and restlessness I can get sometimes.

What I've learned to do is take a sedating AP, and write out all my anger. I used to send mean texts to one sister, and always felt so much guilt afterwards. So now I send the text to myself. But writing it out has helped me soooo much.
