I work on my depression and anxiety on my own and in conjunction with my t. That includes researching and writing to improve my condition. Right now I am working on a concept called Forward Development Therapy. And I will see my T Monday to discuss her willingness work work with me on this process/book.
I have to use the encouragement from my T and group to do the things that make me feel better. If its working out then admitting I feel better when I work out, cook, play guitar, write, read... Hopefully that will be enough to break the depression cycle.
