I think I am in a mild flare from my increase in the run portion of my run/walking yesterday. I only added one one-minute spurt, but the tell-tale sign that I'm in a flare as opposed to soreness from exercise is that my upper arms hurt. My legs hurt today but so do my biceps, and kind of feel like I'm dragging energy-wise.
Will do no exercise today, just walk the dogs with my husband to loosen up the legs.
