Just some ideas - 1. There are a couple of medical schools around here that have clinics with psychologist/psychiatrists who are in their last year. They only charge based on what you can pay. Maybe check around and see if there is anything like that. I know that it stinks to start over with a new doctor.

2. Look for a new job? Don't know your situation or geography.
