For all I know he was, he can be pretty damn immature and is a jerk quite often so can be hard to tell if he's trying to be helpful or condescending...as for treating me like an equal just earlier today he said 'if you want to be treated like an adult act like one' sort of ironic as he's the one who flipped out and was yelling at me because I was frustrated about the peanut butter being gone and I guess really didn't want to hear about it so much so a fit was necessary. Meh I should just really ignore anything he says...really.
Anyways even in general on forums or from other people IRL that know i am on disability it can still be upsetting even if the intent is to help...i guess it makes me feel like any stability I gain gets ripped out from under me, like I start feeling comfortable in my situation see some possibilities for improvement and then am reminded most people my age have a job and get pulled back into the oh yeah...this makes me a loser according to society.
